The City of Columbia will host a family-friendly New Year’s Eve Celebration on December 31, 2009. The Celebration will be held at Finlay Park (930 Laurel Street). Activities include face-painting, pony rides, carnival rides and more. Live entertainment will also be provided. Food, drink, and ride tickets will be available for purchase.
