Thank you for your interest in Columbia materials. Please allow 2-4 weeks for the Convention Services department at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention & Visitors Bureau to process your request.
When approved, you will be contacted by Della Carmichael in Convention Services for material details and to schedule your pick-up. Pick-ups are typically scheduled between 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. on Fridays.
Attn: Groups Requesting Visitor Guides Who Booked Their Hotel Rooms Without the Visitors Bureau's Assistance: Verification from the hotel sales manager with the number of blocked rooms must be faxed to (803) 545-0102 attn: Della Carmichael or emailed to dcarmichael@columbiacvb.com to receive Visitor Guides. Without this verification, we regret that we will not be able to supply visitor guides.
