NHA Conference - Hospitality

1. Complimentary shuttle service will be provided for a period of time on Sunday and Monday from the Columbia Metropolitan Airport to the Convention Center and host hotels. A hospitality desk will be located at the airport for a period of time on Sunday and Monday to help you arrange transportation beyond those three service points.

2. The Columbia SC Famously Hot Happy Hour reception will be held from 6-8pm on Tuesday, March 31st. Shuttle service will be provided to the off site reception location from the Convention Center from 5:30-8:30pm. During the Famously Hot Happy Hour reception, network with other industry experts and enjoy adult beverages, local entertainment and southern cuisine.

3. Hospitality tables located on both levels of the Convention Center will assist you in making dinner or show reservations during your stay in Columbia, SC. Also, stop by the tables to find out more information about the major attractions and museums in Columbia, SC.

4. The Visitors Center located inside the Convention Center will extend their hours during the NHA Conference week to accommodate visitors and conference attendees.

5. Dine arounds will be held on Monday and Wednesday evenings. Please sign up for a group reservation at the hospitality tables located on both levels of the Convention Center. Reservations will be closed at 4pm on Monday and Wednesday.

6. To facilitate with your departure from the Convention Center after the conference, there will be a baggage check available at the hospitality tables and also staff to help you arrange transportation back to the Columbia Metropolitan Airport.
