The USO will recognize all their dedicated volunteers on June 6, 2012 at Capital City Stadium when the Columbia Blowfish take on the Forest City Owls. The USO supports the troops by providing morale, welfare and recreation-type services to our men and women in uniform. The USO provides a bridge to home for our service men and women, providing them and their families with communications access, entertainment, goods and services, and simple day-to-day comforts.
There will be special events going on throughout the night, paying a special tribute to all the volunteers and fallen National Guard heroes. The Blowfish will wear original National Guard/USO baseball caps during the game to show their support for the troops.
