USMC Ultimate Challenge Mud Run

If you think it's easy...think again. The USMC Ultimate Challenge Mud Run is one of the hardest, if not the hardest, Mud Run races in the nation. Run by Marines, for Marines, teams of 4 run a 5.2 mile muddy obstacle course that will challenge your body like it has never been challenged before.

The Greater Columbia Marine Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, sponsors the Mud Run annually to raise money to support Marines and their families from the Columbia area who have been wounded or killed while serving on active duty. Profits from the race are also used to support several local college scholarships named after Marines killed serving their country and local events which promote the Marine Corps in the community.
