Flying Saucer Draught Emporium offers guests over 80 beers on tap and over 170 bottled and canned varieties representing faraway regions from around the world and local craft brew. Local Carolina brewery options such as Conquest, Thomas Creek, River Dog, Holy City, Westbrook, New South and Highlands are all represented, as are several legendary craft offerings from Stone, Dogfish Head and Avery breweries. Flying Saucer also has a full liquor menu and a modest, but thoughtful, selection of wines and a spacious deck for outdoor dining and imbibing.

Dig into an eclectic mix of wallet-friendly menu offerings such as Sheboygan bratwurst, pizza, sandwiches and salads. Kitchen stays open: Monday through Wednesday, until 1 a.m., Thursday through Saturday, until 2 a.m. and Sunday, until midnight.



Weekly specials: Monday is 'Pint Nite,' where almost all drafts are $3. Tuesday is Trivia Bowl night with prizes for first, second and third place winners. Wednesday is Brewery Night—buy the featured beer, keep the glass. Thursdays are American Pint Nite with almost all American brews $3 until 9pm. On Sundays, all local brews are $3.
