Focusing on using the freshest local ingredients available, chef Mike Davis creates a menu filled with artful updates of some classic Southern dishes along with a sprinkling of new takes. From a Jamison Farms BBQ Lamb-Stuffed Mac and Cheese Gratin featuring poblano peppers and goat cheese to a Roasted Kurobata Pork Shoulder to an array of specialty wood oven pizzas, Terra is a welcome addition to the city’s fine dining options.

"Our goal is to showcase the beauty and bounty that comes from within. Making a conscious effort to support local farmers and to use as many locally grown ingredients, we prepare the freshest and finest ingredients simply so that they speak for themselves. With the addition of a few complementing flavors, we strive to create harmony and beauty with each plate of food. Simple food without pretension."

The name Terra was chosen because of its Latin origin, meaning earth or land.
