The Wurst Wagen is owned and operated by Gerard and Erin Lin.  We are a husband and wife team with a love for authentic German Food.  We chose the name Wurst Wagen because it reminds us of the Wurst Kiosks that we have visited in our travels around Germany. This inspired us to open a business that would draw on some of our favorite German food and the many discoveries that we shared in our travels.  So, the Wurst Wagen was born!

Gerard was raised in Bavaria, Germany, in a the small village of Siegsdorf.   As a child he had many favorite German dishes, but Wuerste (sausages) were what he loved the most.  He has many years in the food and restaurant industry and is energized to bring this experience to the Wurst Wagen.  Gerard has a passion for traditional German recipes such as Curry Wurst, Wiener Wurst, and Nuernberger Wurst and is excited to bring these and many others to you.

All of our sausages are made with traditional German seasonings and bulk spices.  Our sausages have no artificial coloring, no artificial flavoring, no liquid smoke, no fillers, and no MSG.  They are all natural with less fat.  All of our produce is from local growers.
