Bone-In Artisan Barbecue on Wheels makes high-quality, New Southern bistro fare -- like handmade focaccia sandwiches with smoked hickory-hoisin brisket; BBQ pulled pork; smoked chicken salad; or grilled pimento cheese, all served with fresh-fried, hand-cut potato chips & buttermilk-cilantro slaw -- easily accessible for lunch, at happy hour, on professional campuses, after cultural events, during parties, out in a field -- wherever,  whenever! Follow us on Twitter or book the truck for an event from 20ppl to 2000+ in size, and we'll roll it out in high style.

Executive Chef Scott Hall
Old-school catering professionals with decades of experience, Scott and his extended family run the award-winning Corley Mill House and Garden in Lexington, SC, which won Lexington Life Magazine's 2011 Best Wedding Venue award.

After spending 10 years in New York City honing his chops in high-end mixology, cooking, catering and event design, Scott returned to the Midlands in 2009 -- much to the delight of dinner guests and catering clients alike. (Scott's food is BEYOND.)

He runs his own high-concept catering service, Scott Hall Catering, and he is very proud to launch Bone-In Artisan Barbecue on Wheels as Columbia, SC's first entry into the hopping, national craze of high-design, upscale food trucks!
