Overview

3 miles of unobstructed flat water, 200 meters wide, 8-12 feet deep with only
one bridge and a gentle curve as shown below. Our dock is 500 m below the
I-20 bridge.  90-foot dock designed specifically for rowing.  Plenty of room for staging trailers and boats.  Secure boathouse.  Six ergometers.  Few motor boats on the river except for safety/coaching launches and an occasional small fishing boat.  Warm weather (very few days per year when you cannot row).  Sheltered from the prevailing West to East winds.
