Hospitality Hotspotters | September Hospitality Training

Join the Columbia Metropolitan Convention & Visitors Bureau and the SC Tourism and Hospitality Educational Foundation (T.H.E. Foundation) for the next Hospitality Hotspotters program on Wednesday, September 28, 2011 from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. This session is for front line employees who frequently interact with visitors and will feature customer service training and presentations from local attractions. Hospitality Hotspotters is a hospitality training program with a focus on hospitality, tourism, retail, entertainment, economic development and community organizations. There is no cost to attend this session, but registration is required. No-shows will be billed $5.00.
