What they're saying about Columbia Rowing:
"The hospitality is incredible and the water is the best we have experienced on a training trip. Everyone in Columbia goes out of their way to make you feel welcome."
Coach Dave Reichman, Syracuse University Men's Crew
Syracuse, NY

"The Broad River is a superb body of water. It is protected, wide, one bridge, no development at all, with sufficient length. It's great water to train on."
Coach Gregg Hartsuff, University of Michigan Men's Rowing
Ann Arbor, MI

"Spring training in Columbia, SC has been a wonderful experience for the entire Tabor boys' and girls' teams. The folks at the rowing club have been very helpful and the venue is just sectacular with no other boat traffic. By training in a secluded stretch of water, Tabor's rowers can focus on their training and better prepare for the rigors of the upcoming race season. The weather has been perfect - in the mid 60s to low 70s and the location offers our team plenty of entertainment, and more importantly, foos options after a hard day of training. We look forward to returning."
Coach Noel Pardo, Tabor Academy Crew
Marion, MA

"Columbia, South Carolina turned out to be an ideal spot for Georgetown's winter training trip. An easy day's drive from Washington, DC, the Broad River offers a secluded and very well protected 2.5 mile stretch of water, ideal for small boats as weell as eights. To top it off, the members of the Columbia Rowing Club and the people of Columbia were incredibly helpful and generous, and seemed geniunely excited to have us there.  We will most certainly be back."
Tony Johnson
Coach, Georgetown University Men's Rowing
