Every weekend holds the same conundrum for us -- so much to do with so little time! This time is no different with plenty of arts, sports and history to make for a packed weekend. Kick things off with tonight's Arts & Draughts, where you can enjoy beer, Monet, food and more. Don't miss the South Carolina State House being open this Saturday for guided tours. Then round out your weekend by cheering on USC's women's basketball team on Sunday afternoon.

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 1

The latest addition to the Museum of Art is a coveted exhibition and breathtaking collection. 55 works - from pastels to watercolors - fill the museum with renowned names from Monet, Degas, Renoir, Cezanne and Matisse. $15 adults, $12 military/senior citizens, $5 students.

Take in this sophisticated, modern version of Snow White from the amazing dancers at Columbia City Ballet this Friday and Saturday. Even famously hot restaurants are getting in on the fun, there's a Poisonous Apple Martini being served up at The Oak Table throughout the weekend! Get your tickets to the show here. Tickets are $15-$35.

Soda City Market on Main Street
Weekly local farmers' market on Columbia's historic Main Street. Eat breakfast then shop for dinner! Free.

While open on weekdays, the South Carolina State House is now open on the first Saturday of every month.  Learn about the history and the people who have made the State House and the state what it is today. Tours run on the half hour of each hour, with the first tour at 9:30 a.m. You can get detailed information on our blog. Free.
9:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Antique textiles are on display at the historic Robert Mills House & Garden. Enjoy this much-anticipated exhibit and then tour the grounds! $6 for adults and $3 for children
