For bulk requests for visitors guides for your group or event, request convention services.
The Columbia Regional Visitors Center will mail your materials within 5-7 business days (usually sooner) and are available to answer any questions you may have about Columbia by phone or in person, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Sunday from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. (Closed major holidays).
